  • How much deposit do I need to pay to secure the booking?
    The company ask for a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the hire to secure the booking
  • When does the balance need to be paid?
    Final balance is payable 14 days prior to the booking date.
  • How can I pay?
    Best method of payment is via bank transfer.
  • Do I need to pay VAT?
    No, the company is not VAT registered.
  • Can we smoke in the car?
    Spirit of Excellence has a non smoking policy in the vehicle. If you would like a smoking break thoughout your trip our chauffeur will stop in an appropriate place for you to do so.
  • Who supplies the ribbon?
    Spirit of Excellence will supply and fit the ribbon colour of your choice.
  • What is provided in the vehicle?
    You are supplied with complimentary bottles of water, along with mints and tissues. We can also provide a child seat suitable from birth to 4 years for 1 child - please request when booking. If any additional requirements then please let us know, we will do our very best to help.
  • What happens if I cancel?
    If you cancel your booking the following charges will be payable: Your deposit is non-refundable. 0-14 days before date of hire - full payment is required. Sometimes it is possible reschedule dates to avoid loss of deposit, subject to the availability of the car.
  • When will the vehicle arrive?
    Our chauffeur will endeavour to arrive at the pick up destination 15 mins earlier than the agreed time.
  • How many passengers can the vehicle take?
    The Phantom can seat up to four people. One passenger in the front, and the rear has two independant rear seats with an occasional, smaller, third middle seat.
  • How much luggage can the vehicle carry?
    The boot can carry two meduim size suitcases and two items of hand luggage.
